Day 1 : Almonds are love

Hello everyone! So I started my day with consumption of 1 tablespoon on ACV with water. After half an hour I ate boiled white rice with a bowl of lentils cooked in Indian style. I drank around 2 litres of water till the noon. So I've realised that, if you're not eating something, then you'll feel more thirsty as your body will need more water to fill that void. Also I ate a lot of almonds during that time, around 30 almonds a day, as they'll also provide me biotin in addition to suppressing the hunger. So let's see how it goes. One more thing I want to add is that Weight loss is very closely related to the Stress and Not getting enough sleep. So if you're trying to lose some pounds, always try to take a nice sleep and be away from stress, as if these factors are not taken care of your weight loss will be slow than usual.
